The maximum temperature this item gives off is 185°F and a humidity proofing range of 30% - 95% (Temperature up to 115°F in proof mode). The dimensions for this drawer are 18.25"W x 28"D x 7"H and fits most major brands heater proofer cabinets. 120V, 1800W and 15 Amps.
